Do you know about Licolita?　It is an NPO based in Akiba and they are behind the annual uchimizukko project among many others. In case you don't know, uchimizukko is an annual summer event where maids from various maid cafe gather to splash water on the ground to bring down the temperature in that area.

On March 20, 2009 Kotobukiya opened a new antenna showroom shop in Radio Kaikan! Showcasing the latest figures from Kotobukiya in nicely-lit display windows, this shop is a must-visit for all figure collectors!

This week I went and dug out a very interesting author I met on the pages of Zettai Reido a while ago and I never quite forgot. She's also been publishing on Hertz, Reijin, Hanaoto, etc. and is still mesmerizing readers with her out-of-this-world style.

Music label LOiD is set to rock the shelves with two albums, and a DVD release in July! In the lineup is singer Naoto Fuuga, a collaboration with Internet artistes popular for their work on Internet sharing sites, as well as a DVD parody of Hatsune Miku!

The theater date for the Macross Frontier Movie : The False Songstress (劇場版　マクロスＦ　～イツワリノウタヒメ～) has been announced: November 21, 2009. The official website has been updated and we've learned that the movie will be part one of two parts!
