Manga:

Meiji University has announced that it plans to establish a Tokyo International Manga Library in 2014. The library plans to house over 2 million items of manga, anime, games, and other media for the purpose of archiving. I wonder how large the building will be. 2 million isn't actually a very large number. I hope they plan for future expansion. In either case, there's always Kyoto.

To Aru Kagaku No Railgun (とある科学の超電磁砲) volume #4 will be released on October 27th. Be sure to look for the special edition that comes with a cute mobile phone strap!
